About the Role As a Team Lead, you are responsible for leading and developing daily warehouse operations while being operationally involved in the business yourself. You ensure efficient flows from incoming goods to production and onwards to customers. The role is broad and encompasses everything from order handling and goods receipt to export, quality control, and continuous improvement. You have a central position where you work closely with both production, procurement, and external partners. You are responsible for: - Leading, delegating, and following up on daily warehouse work. - Ensuring efficient flows between import, production, and delivery. - Handling incoming goods, order picking, inventory replenishment, and internal transport. - Coordinating import flows, primarily from India, including documentation and quality control. - Ensuring that materials and products meet the correct quality standards and specifications. - Planning and ensuring that production receives the right materials at the right time. - Organizing deliveries and managing export documentation. - Working on improvements in warehouse operations, workflows, and methods.
