About our positions: Kitchen Assistant Are you studying culinary or restaurant management and want to develop in the field, or do you simply have a passion for cooking? Then the job as a kitchen assistant in one of our kitchens might be for you. We expect that you work well with others, enjoy working at a fast pace, and can pitch in where needed. You take instructions well and are passionate about learning more. You'll work with a large team of chefs and serving staff, all with the goal of giving our guests a great dining experience. All kitchen work is led by our head chef. Working hours vary depending on the position, as our kitchens are operating from early morning with breakfast service until the evening restaurants close. We prefer that you speak and write Swedish and English fluently, as we have employees who speak several different languages, allowing us to communicate in the best way possible. Dishwasher Do you enjoy a fast pace, varied tasks, and working in a team? Then you're a great fit as part of our dishwashing and cleaning team. At Restaurant Diligensen, we serve breakfast, lunch, staff meals, and à la carte dining in the evenings. Your main responsibilities will be washing dishes and sorting dishware from all the departments at Diligensen. As an important part of our operation, you're responsible for a large part of our cleanliness and hygiene at Diligensen. You'll be responsible for cleaning floor areas and also help the kitchen and serving staff as needed. About 50 people work at Diligensen during the summer, and together with your colleagues at Diligensen and the rest of the park, we all work toward the goal of giving our guests a great dining experience.
