Since January 1, 2024, we have had a target-group-adapted organization that supports a process-based working method. The Administration's core activities are divided into two operational areas: individual and family care, and disability services. The disability services operational area is divided into three areas: Function Support, Prevention and Authority, Housing and Health and Medical Care, and Employment, Home Support and Support for Children. The disability services' overall responsibility with both authority management and service provision provides good collaboration benefits, shorter and simpler decision-making processes, and an opportunity to easily "adjust" based on the needs of the target group.
