We are now seeking a Nursing Assistant for Hagagården's care and residential facility. Hagagården is located in the beautiful natural surroundings of Vendelsö and specializes in dementia care, somatic care, and short-term housing. We are proud of this and it creates a strong foundation for safe and quality care. Areas of Responsibility Your role will involve close collaboration with both colleagues and residents. As a Nursing Assistant at Hagagården's care and residential facility, you will have a central role in ensuring a safe and meaningful existence. Your work will involve a range of responsibilities, such as: Provide support and assistance in daily activities, including personal care and hygiene. Work together with other care staff to create a safe and stimulating environment. Participate in rehabilitation measures and activities that promote physical and mental well-being. Document and follow up individual care plans and guidelines. Contribute to developing and improving operations by sharing your ideas and insights. You will work on a schedule that includes day/evening shifts and every other weekend. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified nursing assistant with credentials for protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare. Meritorious if you have completed basic training in Silvia's care philosophy. You are confident in your professional role and we see that you have previous experience working in care and support services. Communication and documentation are important parts of the work, so you need to master Swedish well in both speech and writing. We conduct language testing in the recruitment process.
