We are now seeking engaged home care assistants for evening shifts within home care services in Haninge, Northern area. Your Role As a home care assistant, you work in clients' home environments and provide support and care based on assessed needs. You help people live safe and independent lives and build good relationships with both clients, family members, and colleagues. The work includes, among other things: personal care and daily support assistance with mobility and a rehabilitative approach help with meals, shopping, laundry, and cleaning walks and social support documentation and reporting planning and coordination of client needs being a primary care contact to create continuity and security You work both independently and together with colleagues, supporting each other and collaborating to provide the best possible care. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for you who: are a trained home care assistant with a protected professional title or have equivalent competence have experience working in elderly care or home care services express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing have good computer skills and feel confident with documentation have the physical ability to perform the work tasks It is meritorious if you: have experience working with people who have cognitive illness or dementia have experience with time registration at the client's home Since Haninge Municipality is a Finnish administrative area, we especially welcome Finnish-speaking applicants.
