Production Technician

We are looking for a driven production technician who enjoys solving technical challenges in everyday work while driving improvements. You contribute to efficient production flows and help develop our operations forward. In our factory in Vindeln, we manufacture our tilt rotator Rototilt, electrical systems, and other accessories. The factory has processes for cutting machining primarily in steel and cast iron, washing processes, painting, and assembly of mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics. We are now looking for a production technician with a strong interest in technology who wants to take personal responsibility and drive development. You will be part of the production technology department, which is an important link between design and production for us. Your main responsibilities: Optimize workstations and assembly flows. Balance and develop tact-based production lines. Conduct time studies and capacity analyses. Participate in product development, including verification and testing. Create and update manufacturing instructions. Make corrections in production based on deviations and disturbances. Support production with technical expertise. Ensure that processes and products meet quality requirements. Identify and eliminate waste according to lean principles. We are looking for you who: Have technical education in mechanical engineering or production technology, or equivalent experience. Understand tact-based production and assembly. Have knowledge of Lean, 5S, and standardized work. PLC knowledge is a merit. We are looking for someone who is a proactive problem solver with great interest in technology and drive for continuous improvements. You are curious and solution-oriented with a natural drive to develop and improve both processes and working methods. As a person, you are good at collaborating and communicating with different functions and enjoy a role with many contact points, both internally and externally. You are practical, flexible, and self-directed, and handle varying tasks while maintaining quality.
