Store Manager - Valbo About the Role
As Rituals' new store manager, you are responsible for your store's customer experience and sales targets. This includes:
Working closely with the Area Manager to drive your store's sales, set KPIs, and ensure success.
Developing plans monthly based on productivity goals.
Ensuring optimal store operations (HR and recruitment, scheduling, cash handling, and security), and managing your store's budget.
Handling product inventory and daily store routines such as maintaining an organized stockroom and keeping the store clean and fresh.
Fostering employee well-being and engagement through regular, personal meetings that build genuine relationships with your team. You also organize store meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas for improvement.

Requirements
As a store manager, you are an inspiring, supportive, and results-driven leader. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and driving others to reach their full potential. In addition, you have:
At least 3 years of relevant store manager experience in retail or customer service.
Knowledge of leadership (e.g., communication and coaching, and developing others).
Ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions.
Collaborative, receptive, and communicative.
Strong system and data skills.
Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
You are 18 years of age or older.
