THE ASSIGNMENT Swedstyle is in an important development phase where growth, profitability, and business acumen are high on the agenda. As CFO, you will be a key person in the company's management group and take on a broad and influential role with both strategic and operational responsibility. You report to the CEO and have overall responsibility for the finance function, where you lead your team and develop work within controlling, accounting, monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, financing, and reporting. The role also involves close collaboration with the board, owner, management group, and managers in the organization. An important part of the assignment will be to contribute to developing business acumen across the entire organization. Through clear KPIs, pedagogical monitoring, and business-focused support, you help managers and employees understand how their work impacts the company's results, profitability, and continued growth. Your work location is Vaggeryd or Ekenässjön, but in your daily work you will move between the two. Your main areas of responsibility will include: Being an active and business-driving part of management's work to develop the company forward Contributing to the development of the company's commercial agenda, profitability, and growth Developing decision support, key metrics, and analyses that strengthen business-focused decisions in the organization Supporting the CEO, management group, and department managers in strategic and operational matters Responsibility for budgets, forecasts, monitoring, analysis, and reporting Leading and developing the finance function and ensuring effective and business-focused financial management Ensuring the company's financial reporting to management, board, owner, and external stakeholders YOUR PROFILE We are looking for someone who has: Relevant academic education in economics or equivalent experience, and several years of experience as a CFO or Finance Manager from manufacturing industry, preferably from companies with own products and own sales organization where you have also contributed to business development. Broad experience in controlling, financing, forecasting, and reporting Experience in preparing decision support, reports, and analyses for management and board Experience leading with personnel responsibility and developing finance functions Good system skills and experience developing processes in ERP environments, and curiosity about how AI and digitalization can develop the business. You also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you also have experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and international operations.
