You have good cooperation skills, a genuine interest in elderly people, and the ability to remain calm even in stressful situations. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with both residents, relatives, and colleagues. In your work, you collaborate with various professional groups, including nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and external partners. Smygehem is located in Smygehamn, where access to public transportation is limited. Therefore, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car or other suitable means of transportation.
