Job Responsibilities In the role of nursing assistant, you will work with patient care and services, and make daily life meaningful for our residents. You will perform health and care tasks based on delegation from nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Work is planned, documented, and carefully monitored. As a nursing assistant, you will also document in the activity management systems available at the workplace. Work hours are scheduled in rotating day/evening shifts. At our workplace, we work across boundaries and help each other with tasks. Qualifications For the role of nursing assistant, we are looking for someone who has: Certification from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant Good computer skills and documentation experience Good ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish, as we work with written documentation and have close dialogue with nurses, occupational therapists, and health care facilities. At least a Category B driver's license for manual transmission vehicles and access to your own car. We consider it a merit if you have experience working in elderly care. We highly value personal qualities such as commitment to older people, good teamwork ability, responsibility, reliability, empathy, and engagement.
