The job is primarily about welcoming, seating, and serving guests in our restaurant in a pleasant and inviting manner. It's about having an eye and feel for going the extra mile, helping, and recommending food and drinks that suit the guest. We believe you are an open and *very* social person who is easy to talk to and comfortable speaking with others. Since we have many international guests, it's a big plus if you speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish and English. The job also includes routines for opening, transitions from lunch service to dinner service, and closing. At Fiskhuset, collaboration is essential, so we often work across departments, are flexible, support one another, and work closely with other teams. It's good if you have previous experience working seasonally or on projects, since workload can vary significantly. We continuously develop and work together to make it easy for guests and employees to succeed. Fiskhuset is open from Easter through the end of September, and we hire on an ongoing basis depending on seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
