Fiskhuset wants to give our guests an experience that goes far beyond just the meal itself, so we're looking for someone with a passion for service, genuine care for guests and colleagues, a strong interest in food & beverages, and someone who enjoys working carefully and in an organized manner—even under pressure. The job is primarily about welcoming, seating, and serving guests in our restaurant in a friendly and inviting way. It's about having an eye and feel for going the extra mile, helping out, and recommending both food and drinks that suit each guest. We believe you are an open and very social person who is easy to talk to and easy to talk with. Since we have many international guests, it's a big plus if you speak one or more languages in addition to Swedish and English. The job also includes routines for opening, transitioning from lunch service to dinner service, and closing. At Fiskhuset, collaboration is everything, so we often work across boundaries, stay flexible, support each other, and work closely with other departments. It's good if you have previous experience working seasonally or on projects, since our workload can vary significantly. We are constantly developing and working together to make it easy for both guests and staff to succeed. Fiskhuset is open from Easter through the end of September, and we hire on an ongoing basis according to seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
