The job primarily involves assisting and supporting the wait staff with the drinks guests order, and taking warm and welcoming responsibility for the bar and its guests. It's about having an eye and feel for going the extra mile, helping out, and recommending drinks that suit the guest and the meal through your broad knowledge and experience with wine, spirits, and coffee. The role also includes opening procedures, transitions from daytime to evening service, and closing routines. We believe you are an open and very social person who is easy to talk to and easy to talk with. Since we have many international guests, it's a significant advantage if you speak one or several languages in addition to Swedish and English. At Fiskhuset, collaboration is essential, so we often work across boundaries, stay flexible, support one another, and work closely with other departments. It's helpful if you have previous experience working seasonally or on projects, since workload can vary significantly. We continuously develop and work together to make it easy for guests and staff to succeed. Fiskhuset is open from Easter through the end of September, and we hire on an ongoing basis according to seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.
