JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a Facilities Cleaner at Stenungsundshem, you will perform cleaning and maintenance of our stairwells and common areas within our property portfolio. You work in a team where you collaborate with our Property Caretakers and Environmental Custodians. We can offer varied tasks and development opportunities. You work well with others by being attentive and flexible, and can adapt to different situations and people. You are secure and stable. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your tasks and working in a structured manner. The role requires that you express yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing, and have a Class B driver's license.
