JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a cook at the Service Administration of Hammarö Municipality, you will participate in the kitchen's daily production. You are involved in planning, purchasing, administrative tasks such as internal billing, account coding, ordering, self-inspection/HACCP, and nutritional calculations, among other things.
As a cook, your main responsibility is to prepare nutritious meals for our dining guests. You also have responsibility for preparing special diets and allergen-free meals.
The position is a full-time employment of 40 hours per week, with working hours Monday to Friday. The position is a seasonal/temporary post.
Start date by agreement.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a trained cook with several years of experience from large-scale kitchens or restaurants. You are passionate about preparing delicious and nutritious meals and value good service and professional interactions. As a person, you appreciate good teamwork, you take responsibility, and contribute with a positive attitude in your daily work.
You have solid knowledge of HACCP, hygiene regulations, and relevant legislation. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of and experience with special diets.
Requirements for the position:
- Good computer skills
- Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Driver's license Class B (as work may take place at different locations in the municipality)
In accordance with the Education Act, anyone offered this position must provide a valid extract from the criminal record register before an employment agreement can be established.
Selection will be made on an ongoing basis and interviews may take place before the application deadline.
