Your role As Administrative Manager at Kvarnbyskolan, your assignment includes: - Having overall responsibility for the school's finances, including budget work, ongoing forecast monitoring, purchasing management, and procurement. - Assisting the principal, management group, and other employees with administrative tasks. - Maintaining contacts and good relationships with the Education Administration, finance department, Sisab, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Providing the principal with support for financial decisions. - Managing employment contracts, terminations, pensions, salaries, salary supplements, salary increases, wage subsidies. - Leading operational processes. - Recording minutes at, for example, staff meetings, note-taking at management meetings, booking travel, facilities, and premises, etc. - Working in the Hypergene system. - Being familiar with various collaboration agreements and Stockholm City's personnel policy.
