The school is located in Rinkeby with practical facilities about 5 minutes from the subway. Kvarnbyskolan has a complete student health team and a staffed school library. Your role As Administrative Manager at Kvarnbyskolan, your assignment includes: - Having overall responsibility for the school's finances, including budget work, ongoing forecast monitoring, purchasing management, and procurement. - Assisting the principal, management group, and other employees with administrative tasks. - Maintaining contacts and good relationships with the Education Administration, finance department, Sisab, suppliers, and other stakeholders. - Providing the principal with support for financial decisions. - Managing employment contracts, terminations, pensions, salaries, salary supplements, salary increases, wage subsidies. - Leading operational processes. - Recording minutes at, for example, staff meetings, note-taking at management meetings, booking travel, facilities, and premises, etc. - Working in the Hypergene system. - Being familiar with various collaboration agreements and Stockholm City's personnel policy. Keeping the school's finances in balance. - Managing orders and purchasing via Agresso. - Processing orders and accounting entries. All work at the school must be conducted with the student at the center, and decisions must be made based on this. Your competence and experience We are looking for someone with: A university or higher education degree in economics. Alternatively, other education combined with experience that is deemed equivalent overall. Very good understanding of and experience with budgeting, budget monitoring, forecasts, and financial analysis. Management experience with personnel responsibility in an area relevant to the position. Good digital competence and ability to work in various systems. It is meritorious if you have: Knowledge of various data systems within Stockholm City such as: LISA self-service, Agresso, Hypergene, eDok, etc. Some form of leadership training relevant to the position. Experience with responsibility for operations and facilities. Experience working in schools with administrative processes, budgeting, and monitoring.
