Site Manager for the Reuse Center in Rinkeby

We at Lybab are now seeking a Site Manager who wants to drive and develop our reuse operation in Rinkeby. About the role As Site Manager, you are the heart of our operation—an inspiring and creative leader with a passion for recycling and reuse. You are the face of the store and responsible for driving daily operations with a focus on the highest possible customer service and environmental benefit. The role involves being present during business hours to coach your staff and meet our visitors. But your mission doesn't stop at the door. An important part of the job is looking outward. We'd like to see you monitor trends in reuse, build connections with schools, associations, and local actors, and create partnerships that promote community and sustainable development in the local area. Your main responsibilities: Leadership: Inspire and lead staff in daily work to create a welcoming environment Networking: Establish and drive partnerships with, for example, schools, non-profit organizations, and local artists. Creative focus: Initiate and enable projects in crafts, art, or culture that encourage reuse. Administration: Handle reporting and daily administration in MS Office and the organization's internal systems. Computer skills are a must for this position. It is an asset if you have previously worked in Rinkeby, for example at preschools, schools, or been involved in establishing projects in nearby areas. We're looking for someone who has: A deep understanding of environmental issues and how consumption impacts our planet. Experience working with art, crafts, or cultural partnerships. Good administrative skills (MS Office) and strong communication abilities in both speech and writing. Knowledge of waste management and sorting. It is also highly desirable if you have experience managing a facility or store.
