Experienced Auto Damage Advisor at Werksta Sollefteå Hallstaberget Werksta Sollefteå is seeking an engaged, experienced, and service-oriented auto damage advisor with technical expertise for our facility in Sollefteå Hallstaberget.
As an auto damage inspector/advisor at Werksta Sollefteå, you will be a central part of our workshop. You are the person at the front who meets customers with a smile. You follow the customer and vehicle from start to finish—from the initial customer meeting, damage inspection, estimate, workshop planning, ordering parts, final invoicing, follow-up, and more. In this role, you work closely with customers, the workshop team, and insurance companies to ensure efficient damage processes and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities for Auto Damage Advisor
Welcome and courteously greet customers regarding damage claims, both in person and via phone/email
Conduct damage inspections on crash-damaged vehicles
Calculate and ensure accurate damage estimates according to Cabas
Communicate with insurance companies and file damage claims
Conduct customer calls and provide guidance on damage handling, repair timelines, and compensation matters
Collaborate with the damage, service, and workshop teams to plan, order parts, and track repair workflows
Perform quality control of completed repair work and ensure vehicles are returned in the agreed condition
Participate in improvement initiatives regarding customer processes, workshop flows, and digital work tools
Qualifications and Who We're Looking For
Experience working with auto damage repairs, customer reception, and insurance administration is required. A background in vehicle technology is a plus.
Experience performing damage inspections on crash-damaged vehicles and creating Cabas estimates. Familiarity with workshop systems is a plus.
Proficiency with Cabas and the ability to plan in Cabplan is a basic requirement. CVDA certification is strongly desired.
Solid understanding of damage processes, vehicle parts, and repair methodology
Service-oriented, communicative, and experienced at managing multiple cases simultaneously
Strong communication skills in Swedish, both written and spoken; English is a plus
B-category driver's license is required or strongly desirable depending on the role's requirements
