Your work tasks include, among other things: • Offering support conversations to individuals and families • Working together with the individual/family's network to create structure and motivation • Conducting parenting courses • Providing support in the form of service benefits and assistance according to the Social Services Act • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders • Working with documentation and implementation plans You have significant responsibility for your cases while also having close support from colleagues and management. You have experience with treatment work with children and families, preferably in municipal open care. It is meritorious if you have further education in, for example, KIBB, FFT, or training on violence in close relationships, as well as experience in conducting parenting courses. In your work as a treatment specialist, you should be confident in your professional role and be able to meet people in need of social services support in a clear and trustworthy manner. Coordinator, Off.Clinic AB.

About Us Off.Clinic consists of 3 units. We work with young people who have various forms of sexualized behavioral problems. Neuropsychiatric disabilities are common. The young people are between 10 and 19 years old. The operations are located in Visseltofta, 1 mile west of Osby. Treatment work is conducted based on CBT/DBT and salutogenic approaches. We work with evidence-based methods, primarily clear and explicit pedagogy. About the Position As a coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating, leading, and following up on the daily operations. The role includes responsibility for staffing and scheduling, supporting quality and improvement work, and recruiting and onboarding new staff. You will work closely with the operations manager and other colleagues. Employment Terms We are now seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. The position is 100% and working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation is provided according to collective agreement.
