F 16 is responsible for Uppsala garrison and the operation of Uppsala Air Base. The squadron is also responsible for protecting Swedish airspace 24/7, 365 days a year, and leads the Swedish Air Force's fighter aircraft in the air. You will be part of a military organization undergoing major change and development due to the global situation and Sweden's NATO membership. F 16 is growing and we are now looking for new colleagues who want to be part of our development journey! About the Unit Uppsala Air Squadron (F 16) is looking for you to work as a security soldier with work location in Hästveda. The main task of the unit is operational readiness and training of combat units. The 161st Combat Support and Air Surveillance Battalion operates 24/7, 365 days a year at multiple locations in Sweden and is part of the defense of Swedish territory. Your placement will be in the Staff Company belonging to the 161st Combat Support Battalion and conducts its operations at one of the Swedish Armed Forces' facilities in Hässleholm Municipality. Main Responsibilities In your daily service as a security soldier, you will perform tasks such as surveillance, patrols, and control of protected objects within the unit's area of responsibility. The position involves shift work with weekend duty included, which means the work measure per week is 35 hours. During your employment, you may have the opportunity to apply for other positions within the platoon. Examples of these positions may include: Handler: The handler is responsible for the group's dog, which is one of our most important sensors. This places high demands on you regarding endurance and judgment. Combat Medic: The combat medic receives specialized medical training to be able to care for the wounded. Being a combat medic is a responsible position, as you are the one who can care for your wounded comrades. Group Leader: The group leader leads the group, which requires judgment, initiative, and responsibility. Livestock Handler Cattle/Calves

Hörröds Gård is currently in an exciting expansion phase with new construction of a dairy barn featuring five Lely A5 units that will be operational by summer 2026. On the farm, we have approximately 10 employees working with dairy production, dairy cattle, and crop cultivation. We are now seeking a livestock handler for our dairy production, preferably with prior experience in dairy production. You will work in both the cattle barn and calf barn. The responsibilities include all standard livestock care tasks. Light administrative work is also part of the role. You are someone who enjoys working in a team but can also work independently. The work is practical and physical, requiring attention to detail and a concern for animal welfare. We are looking for someone with a good eye for animals, who is responsible, thorough, and reliable, and who has an interest in agriculture and dairy production. A driver's license is required, and you must be fluent in Swedish in writing and speech. Desired education is agricultural secondary school. The position is daytime work with every third weekend off.
