Steel Hall Construction Worker Wanted for Kaltek Bygg

Our business has grown steadily since our start in 2019. We have high demand for our services and now need to expand our team with another hall builder who wants to join us on our journey forward. We are now looking for you to help create sustainable and functional hall solutions for our customers throughout the Skaraborg region and surrounding areas. Work Tasks We primarily work with the construction of grain halls, animal stalls, machine halls, and industrial and service buildings for our customers in the Skaraborg region and surrounding areas. We also work with traditional carpentry for agriculture, such as renovation and remodeling of farm buildings. On our projects, we work in teams of 2-4 people and are now looking for an additional person to our company who wants to help build our projects on-site at the customer's location. Profile We are looking for a driven and practically-minded person with good experience in construction, hall assembly, or carpentry. You may be at the beginning of your career as we provide great opportunities for you to develop within the trade. However, if you have a journeyman certificate in carpentry and experience reading blueprints, we see that as a merit, but what matters most to us is your willingness to grow, take responsibility, and contribute your commitment. If you have experience in sheet metal work or other construction-related specialized areas, it is welcome and something we view as a strength. We primarily work with the assembly of components, which also includes work at heights, which requires good physical fitness and comfort working in these environments. We place great emphasis on personal qualities where we value that you are responsible, unpretentious, and flexible, as we are a team that helps each other and sometimes need to adapt on short notice.
