You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. We prefer candidates who are eligible for the Swedish Employment Service's "nystartsjobb" (new start job) program, which could lead to permanent employment. However, all applicants with relevant experience and strong Swedish language skills are welcome to apply, whether or not you are eligible for the program or already employed as a mechanic.
