Fill Administrator – Axel Christiernsson AB Do you want to work in a central role where you contribute to quality, structure, and efficiency in production? Axel Christiernsson is now seeking a meticulous and proactive Fill Administrator for our facility in Nol. About the Role As a Fill Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring high quality, traceability, and efficiency in the layout, print, and production order process. You work as a specialist in this area and ensure that labels, documents, and materials are correct and available on time. The role involves close collaboration with production where you support operators and supervisors with administrative tasks, creating conditions for more efficient and focused production. You stay one step ahead in planning and ensure that tomorrow's needs are prepared in advance. Key Responsibilities You are responsible for working with label design, printer systems, and associated tools while ensuring that layouts are correct and updated according to applicable regulations. You handle the creation, distribution, and tracking of production orders and ensure that operators have the correct documentation at the right time. After production is completed, you are responsible for reporting in the business system and proper archiving of documentation. The role also includes ensuring quality and traceability through structured and centralized handling and minimizing the risk of process errors. You monitor label inventory levels and ensure that the right materials are available. You serve as a support in daily operations and can, if needed, contribute operatively in production within Filling and Capping. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant education or equivalent experience and experience from a production environment, preferably within capping or filling. You are familiar with working in administrative systems and it is an asset if you have experience with the Iptor business system. You have a good understanding of layout, print, and label processes as well as a basic understanding of regulations that affect labeling.
