JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrator within home care services south, you have a central and important role in daily administrative work. You work closely with the unit manager and other colleagues and contribute to ensuring that operations function in a structured and efficient manner.
The work is varied and requires you to be able to handle multiple tasks in parallel, prioritize, and take your own initiatives. You will also provide support in various administrative processes.
The role includes working with:
• schedule management in TimeCare
• administrative tasks in the HR system Visma
• tasks in the invoicing system Proceedo
• administrative tasks in the operations system Treserva
• vehicle management, such as time bookings and incident reports
• other administrative tasks in support of the unit manager
• being available when needed and representing the business in the manager's absence
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with good computer skills and an interest in systems and administration. You have an easy time creating structure, maintaining order, and working carefully even when the pace is periodically high.
To thrive in this role, you need to be self-driven, responsible, and have the ability to take your own initiatives. At the same time, it is important that you have good collaborative skills and enjoy working as part of a team. You also need to be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize wisely.
You express yourself fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
As a person, you are service-oriented, relationship-building, and confident in interacting with others. You have a solution-focused work approach and contribute to good collaboration in the business.
