There is a strong focus on outdoor time in all weather conditions. We are now looking for you to work as a childcare assistant with us, with no requirement for prior experience. The person will receive on-site training. We believe you are at least 18 years old, positive, flexible, and have good patience. You are calm, reliable, and clear in your actions. The focus is ensuring the children's wellbeing to provide them with a good experience at the preschool. You have a good approach toward children, parents, and coworkers. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 40h/week, starting mid-August and running through the end of 2026 with good opportunity for extension and permanent employment. Salary according to collective agreement. We also have a position available at 60% with possibility for additional work during certain periods in a separate posting. The preschool employs two preschool teachers, two childcare providers, and a couple of substitutes. The children's group consists of one class with ages 1-5 years, approximately 20 places. There is a strong focus on being outdoors in all weather conditions. We are now looking for you to work as a childcare provider with us, with no requirement for previous experience. The person will be trained on-site. We believe you are at least 18 years old, positive, flexible, and have good patience, and that you can be calm and reassuring with clear boundaries in your actions. The focus is on ensuring the children's best interests to provide them with a good experience at the preschool. You have a good approach toward children, parents, and colleagues. This position is part-time, scheduled Monday-Friday 24h/week and starts in mid-August and runs until the end of 2026 with good possibility for extension and permanent employment. Periodically, there may be an opportunity to work more than 60% if desired, but this is not a requirement. Salary according to collective agreement.
