The Role You are the link between customer needs and the company's technical solutions. The role combines sales with technical understanding and involves you driving the business from customer needs to quotations and technical decision-making materials, in close collaboration with field salespeople and other internal functions. You have individual customer responsibility for selected customers. In practice, you work with handling inquiries, quotations and specifications, technical advice, customer documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You also function as back-office support to field salespeople, contribute to product development/design (including CAD) as needed, and manage administrative systems (e.g., CRM/ERP). The role also includes supplier quality management, such as contact with production in various parts of the world as well as handling compliance and documentation requirements. The role can to some extent be adapted to the individual and experience, and may for example also involve participation in areas such as practical prototype development and IT system responsibility. Your Profile We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have the ability to build trust both internally and externally, are thorough, systematic, and responsible. You are attentive to customer needs and can win business primarily through contact with customers via Teams meetings, phone calls, and email. You easily make new contacts and can identify business opportunities. You are unpretentious, have a positive attitude, can work both independently and in a team, and have a good ability to build and maintain relationships.
