The Role You are the link between the customer's needs and the company's technical solutions. The role combines sales with technical understanding and involves driving the business from the customer's needs to quotation and technical decision-making materials, in close collaboration with field sales and other internal functions. You have direct customer responsibility for selected customers. In practice, you work with handling inquiries, quotes and specifications, technical advice, customer documentation, and ensuring satisfied customers. You also function as back-office support to field sales, contribute to product development/design (including CAD) as needed, and manage administrative systems (such as CRM/ERP). The role also includes supplier quality management, such as contact with production in various parts of the world and handling compliance and documentation requirements. The role may to some extent be adapted to the individual and experience and for example also be involved in areas such as practical prototype development and IT system responsibility. Your Profile We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have the ability to build trust both internally and externally, are thorough, systematic, and responsible. You are responsive to customer needs and can win business primarily through customer contact via Teams meetings, phone calls, and email contact. You find it easy to make new contacts and identify business opportunities. You are unpretentious, have a positive attitude, can work both independently and in a team, and have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. Your Background We believe you have a relevant engineering degree from a university (e.g., mechanical engineering) and have worked with similar work for a few years. You are well familiar with the manufacturing industry and its requirements. Language-wise, it is a requirement that you have very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
