Finnish-Speaking Customer Advisor via Phone in Finance Konsument Finans AB is a company that has been operating since 2002. The company is expanding and now needs to grow its team with a Finnish-speaking employee in Kalix.
The company works exclusively with leading companies in the banking and financial sector, where we primarily provide customer service assignments to existing customer bases.
About the position:
As a customer advisor/account manager, you will work for a bank that is a leader in its field. You will be an important part of the customer experience, where you help customers via telephone, answer questions, and provide information about the bank's services and products in a professional and trustworthy manner.
To help you feel confident in the role, you will receive an introduction of approximately two weeks, during which you will gain a good understanding of the service offerings and job duties.
You are offered a fixed monthly salary corresponding to rates higher than the collective agreement, plus commission pay if you reach the company's set targets. Working hours are daytime 8:00-17:00.

You have an outgoing personality and are skilled at using the telephone as a work tool to explain our clients' services and products in an honest and trustworthy way.
