About the Role As a production technician, you work as important support to both manufacturing and product development. You're close to production in your day-to-day work and collaborate closely with functions such as line managers, production planners, technical coordinators, and warehouse and logistics. At the same time, you have many contact points with other parts of the organization, for example project management, development, and procurement. You're part of cross-functional teams where you together drive the work forward and contribute with different competencies throughout the product's lifecycle – from design and development to production, testing, and delivery. This is a role where you both get to work operatively close to production and be part of developing work methods and processes over time. You get significant responsibility in your work, while also having support from engaged colleagues.
