About the Position We are now looking for a new residential support worker for our operations. As a residential support worker, you work with people who need support with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will: Provide individual support, care, and service services Plan and implement activities with clients Carry out delegated healthcare and nursing tasks Employment Terms We are seeking an employee for a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are also seeking staff for hourly positions and temporary assignments. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date for the position is by agreement. Who Are You?
