The residence is located in a quiet residential area in Målilla with proximity to all community services. The home is modern with five self-contained apartments in an open floor plan. Individualized support based on clarifying pedagogy and low-arousal responses is provided at the residence. About the Position We are now seeking a new support worker for our operations. As a support worker, you will work with people who need assistance with their daily living. You work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. In this role, you will: Provide individualized support, care, and services Plan and conduct activities with clients Carry out delegated healthcare and nursing tasks Employment Terms We are seeking an employee for a permanent position, with a six-month probationary period. Working hours vary across day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are also seeking employees for hourly and temporary positions. We apply individual salary setting and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date is by agreement. Who Are You? As a person, you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The position as a support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness.
