Livestock Handler Cattle/Calves

Hörröds Gård is currently in an exciting expansion phase with new construction of a dairy barn featuring five Lely A5 units that will be operational by summer 2026. On the farm, we have approximately 10 employees working with dairy production, dairy cattle, and crop cultivation. We are now seeking a livestock handler for our dairy production, preferably with prior experience in dairy production. You will work in both the cattle barn and calf barn. The responsibilities include all standard livestock care tasks. Light administrative work is also part of the role. You are someone who enjoys working in a team but can also work independently. The work is practical and physical, requiring attention to detail and a concern for animal welfare. We are looking for someone with a good eye for animals, who is responsible, thorough, and reliable, and who has an interest in agriculture and dairy production. A driver's license is required, and you must be fluent in Swedish in writing and speech. Desired education is agricultural secondary school. The position is daytime work with every third weekend off. Full-time position or by agreement. Permanent employment with a three-month trial period.
