About the Operation We are seeking a first-line manager for the Women's Clinic's 24/7 care; delivery/postpartum/gynecology. This position is one of four positions that work closely together regarding 24/7 care. The role focuses primarily on delivery services but also postpartum care, where responsibility for operational development and implementation of our new working methods is a significant part of your assignment. Alongside you are three additional managers who work together for integrated women's healthcare where the patient is at the center and where employees are competent, develop professionally, enjoy their work, and want to stay. The Women's Clinic consists of: 24/7 operations; delivery and postpartum/gynecology ward, as well as outpatient services; postpartum clinic, postpartum follow-up clinic, specialized maternity care, gynecology clinic in Falun and Mora, and counselor services. We perform gynecological surgeries at C-op, DKF, and at our gynecology clinics. Approximately 270 people work within women's healthcare in total. Approximately 2,300 babies are born per year in Falun. The Women's Clinic in Dalarna is a well-functioning clinic with good staffing, excellent interdisciplinary collaboration, and high medical expertise with excellent results in national comparisons.
