About the role
As a Quality Engineer, you'll have a central and cross-functional role where you work closely with customers, project managers, production, and other quality functions. You'll be an important part of ensuring that our products and processes meet high quality standards throughout the entire project lifecycle. Additionally, you'll implement, verify, and document improvements in quality work, conduct risk analyses and validations, and handle deviations—both internally and toward customers.
You'll work with both new and existing customer projects. The role involves many contact points and great opportunity to influence both working methods and results.
Your main responsibilities
Participate in and drive quality work in customer projects, such as establishing and following up on quality assurance plans and FMEA
Validate processes and ensure requirements are met according to applicable standards, internal procedures, and customer requirements
Conduct risk analyses and verifications
Responsible for quality-related documentation and document management
Ensure quality-assured handover from project to production
Participate in internal and external audits
Collaborate with customers and suppliers in Sweden and Europe
Contribute to the development and improvement of quality processes and quality systems
About the team
You'll become part of an experienced and engaged quality team consisting of three quality engineers, two quality administrators, and one measurement technician. Here different experiences, competencies, and perspectives come together in an unpretentious environment where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development are in focus.
We are looking for you who
Have experience with quality work in manufacturing industry, preferably within MedTech, Life Science, or other regulated activities. You have an understanding of quality requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle and thrive in a role where technology, processes, and people meet.
We'd like you to have:
Higher education in engineering, quality, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485 and/or QSR
Experience with validation and verification as well as knowledge of blueprint reading and SPC, although this is not a requirement
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor G5
As a person, you are structured, analytical, and thorough. You thrive collaborating across functions and have the ability to translate requirements and regulations into practical solutions that create value for the business and the customer.
