Description Strandenskolan is seeking you to work together with all the school's staff to create the best possible activities for our students. Strandenskolan is an F-9 school with approximately 212 students and is beautifully located with proximity to cross-country skiing trails, ski slopes, swimming hall, and more. Job Responsibilities Your job responsibilities involve planning, implementing, and evaluating work individually and together with other educators at the school in accordance with the school's governing documents and with our goals in mind. You will conduct your own teaching and also collaborate with other educators in the organization. As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. Your responsibility includes creating good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are a role model for all students at the school. Qualifications We are looking for you with a teaching license, qualified to teach in grades F-3, or alternatively a qualifying degree that entitles you to a license. To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be receptive, and have an easy time understanding other people's perspectives. You need to be confident in yourself, stable, and have good self-awareness. It is important in this role that you have a well-developed pedagogical ability. You have a good understanding of how children and young people acquire knowledge and about different conditions for learning.
