Mechanic Wanted for Customer Assignment Your Role at the Company
As a mechanic for our customer in Boxholm, you'll play an important role in ensuring stable and secure production. You'll become part of the maintenance team and work closely with operations, focusing on preventing downtime, solving technical problems, and contributing to a well-functioning facility.
About the Assignment
This is a practical and varied role where you'll work on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and machinery. You'll work in a technical environment where safety, quality, and operational reliability are central to daily work.
You'll be employed as a consultant with Skill and work on-site at our customer location in Boxholm.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work with:
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Troubleshooting and repair of machinery and equipment
Replacement and servicing of mechanical components
Work with hydraulics and pneumatics
Light welding and workshop work as needed (MIG and stick welding)
Contribute to order, safety, and improvement initiatives in the operation
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in mechanical maintenance or repair work, as well as knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. You're responsible and proactive, enjoy collaborating and contributing to the team, and have a safety-conscious approach to work. It's a plus if you also have welding experience and a forklift and overhead crane certificate.
