JOB RESPONSIBILITIES About the Role: As a property manager, you will be responsible for operations, oversight, and maintenance of technical installations such as heating, ventilation, electricity, and water. You will also work with troubleshooting, maintenance, and contact with contractors as well as assist with smaller projects. Your responsibilities: • Manage operations and oversight of the property's technical systems (e.g., heating, ventilation, alarms, and access systems) • Perform rounds, troubleshooting, and simple repairs • Report faults and follow up via digital operations and case management systems • Coordinate and monitor work with external suppliers and contractors • Participate in energy efficiency measures and improvement initiatives • On-call duty may be part of the position QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • Technical education in e.g., plumbing, electrical work, building technology, or equivalent experience • Experience in property management or technical operations work • Basic IT skills and experience working in digital systems • Good customer service skills and ability to work independently • Class B driver's license (required) Merits: • Experience with energy optimization • Knowledge of control and regulation technology or building automation • Experience working with building management systems (e.g., Momentum, or similar) We offer you: • A varied workday in a stable and well-maintained organization • Opportunity for further education and development in building technology • Pleasant colleagues and a positive work environment Salary form: Monthly salary.
