About the role
The position of Maintenance Manager is a newly created role with a clear mandate: to drive, strengthen, and further develop maintenance work in the operation. You have overall responsibility for maintenance – in terms of personnel, budget, and results – and work closely with production in daily operations.
Your assignment includes:
Lead and develop maintenance work with a focus on structure, follow-up, and results
Drive continuous improvement and preventive work to the next level
Ensure clear goals, working methods, and follow-up
Be an active part of production and collaborate closely with production managers
Lead through your managers and support them in their leadership
You will have six direct reports and approximately 40 employees in total within the area. You're part of the management team and report to the Operation Manager. The focus of the role is operational with significant emphasis on presence at the Billingsfors facility.

Your profile
We're looking for a confident and experienced leader with good understanding of maintenance in an industrial environment.
We believe you have:
Experience from process industry or qualified manufacturing industry
Previous management role with responsibility for personnel, budget, and results
Good technical understanding and insight into maintenance work
Experience working systematically with improvements and follow-up
Experience with management team work (meriting)
Knowledge in, for example, Lean, 5S, or similar working methods (meriting)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
As a person, you are clear and confident in your leadership, while also being driven, structured, and results-oriented. You are present and engaged in the operation, and you feel comfortable taking space and actively contributing in the management team.
