You lead the intake and investigation team in daily operations and contribute to high quality and legal security in case handling according to SoL and LVU. You'll step into a small and tight-knit group of four investigators and a reception secretary, where the focus is on good working conditions, stability, and continuous development. You'll work closely with foster care coordinators and placement supervisors. Right now, we're in an exciting development process transitioning to a more knowledge-based, accessible, and preventive social service. As a senior social worker, you, together with the unit manager, drive this work forward – among other things through SSPF cooperation, our school social team, the Family Focus approach, and the development of "One Way In," a shared intake function for the entire social services department. Your responsibilities You will, among other things: Manage and distribute daily work in intake and investigation, including prioritizing incoming cases. Handle and follow up your own cases within children and youth services. Provide methodological and case support, quality assure assessments and documentation, and collaborate for sustainable solutions. Who are you? To succeed in this role, you need to be able to make qualified assessments, manage complex cases, and work with high professionalism – both independently and with colleagues. Therefore, it's important that you: Have a degree in social work. Have substantial experience with authority work in children and youth services. Have BBIC training (Child-Centered Case Management). Experience with formal supervision assignments and/or management roles. Class B driver's license. It's advantageous if you also have experience with: Signs of Safety. iRisk.
