About the Role As a service manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on electrical service assignments. You are a central part of the operation and work closely with electricians, customers, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure that assignments are completed with high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers. You lead the daily work within the service operation and play an important role in creating structure, building long-term customer relationships, and developing the business. The role offers great variety where technology, administration, and customer contact go hand in hand. Your work includes: Plan, lead, and follow up on service assignments and smaller projects. Distribute work tasks and coordinate the work of service technicians. Be the primary contact person for customers and build long-term relationships. Create quotes and follow up on calculations, costs, and results. Handle purchasing, material orders, and supplier contacts. Ensure that documentation and reporting are up to date and correct. Identify opportunities for upselling and contribute to the development of the service business. Handle change work, contracts, and follow-up of changes. Work actively with quality, work environment, and continuous improvements. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who has: Secondary education in electrical engineering, electrical power, or equivalent experience. Experience from service operations, electrical installation, or contracting within the electrical industry. Experience in work management, planning, or coordination is a merit. Good understanding of electrical installations and technical systems. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical descriptions. Experience in calculations, quote work, and financial follow-up. Experience working with business or operational systems and strong Excel skills. Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written. Basic knowledge of English. Class B driver's license. As a Person You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong customer focus.
