About the Role As a Facilities Attendant, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in our customer's facilities. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will primarily focus on cleaning the customer's premises, as well as other tasks such as conference services, refilling water/coffee machines, and plant care. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract following an initial six-month probationary period. We may also be recruiting for part-time positions with reduced hours. You thrive in the role of company representative and share ISS's commitment to delivering world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, good oversight of your cleaning area, and can make suggestions for improvements with the customer. It is important that you are responsive to the customer's needs. You have an ability to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues. Additionally, you have the ability to collaborate, as work can be both independent and team-based. We would like to see that you have experience from service roles or industry experience.
