Sals Seeking Production Manager

Sals AB in Vansbro is a contract manufacturer primarily specializing in smaller customized metal products. We have modern machinery for laser cutting, welding, press braking, and powder coating. We also have a multi-operation machine for smaller tasks. We can therefore adapt production entirely to meet customer requirements. Sals is locally owned, which means we have very short decision-making processes and a flat organization structure. As our production manager is approaching retirement, we need to find his replacement. Together with approximately 15 other employees, you will help develop our operations and production with focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability. The company has just been certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001, and you will be a major support pillar in that work moving forward. The Production Manager has a very central role in the company, and for the right person there are great opportunities for development.
