Do you enjoy collaborating and contributing in daily work? Then the role of Procurement Assistant within apparel, bags and shoes might be perfect for you. About the Position: As a Procurement Assistant at Gekås Ullared with a focus on apparel, bags and shoes, you will play an important role in our procurement team. Your work will involve assisting our team with everything from order management and follow-up to analytical work. You will work closely with our procurement specialists and help ensure that our product range is always current and attractive to our customers. Your Responsibilities: Order management and follow-up of deliveries Product registration and price updates in our business system Communication with suppliers both nationally and internationally Support procurement specialists in daily operations Additional administrative tasks Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with education and work experience in procurement, fashion or similar fields. In addition, you need to have experience or documented knowledge of materials science within apparel, bags or shoes. You express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English. As a person, you are analytical, have good planning skills and an eye for detail. You thrive with varied tasks and have an ability to stay organized and prioritize when there is a lot to do. Having a passion, interest and engagement for trends, commerce and business is essential for succeeding in this role. We also value strong collaboration skills, as our entire organization is located under one roof where we work in close cooperation with one another.
