We are now looking for an Operations Manager in Food & Beverage who wants to lead, develop, and optimize our restaurant operations in an environment where volumes are high, the pace is fast, and the opportunities are endless. About the role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving and further developing our restaurant operations with a strong focus on quality, profitability, and guest experience. You work strategically in the business area's management group, where we are responsible for long-term development of concepts, methods, and organization. At the same time, the role is operationally close to the business, where you, together with managers and employees, aim to create an efficient and sustainable daily operation at one of Sweden's most visited shopping destinations. What you will do • Lead and develop our restaurant operations with focus on operations, quality, and guest satisfaction • Overall personnel responsibility for the business area • Ensure correct staffing and optimal resource planning • Drive results, follow up on key metrics, and actively work on improvements • Develop menus, concepts, and food experiences together with the team • Work with work environment, competence development, and recruitment • Create strong collaboration between operations, kitchen, and procurement • Contribute to the business area's development and future initiatives What we see in you • Several years of experience in leadership roles within restaurants, service, or other labor-intensive operations • Strong experience in operations management and business development • Good understanding of economics, budgets, and key metrics • Experience leading through other leaders • Ability to create structure, engagement, and clarity in an organization As a leader, you are present and inspiring, with a clear business focus and strong drive for results. You work in a structured way with a good overall perspective, build relationships for collaboration, and are confident in making decisions and prioritizing in an operation that varies in both pace and season.
