Description We are now looking for a mechanic who wants to contribute to stable, safe, and efficient production together with an engaged team. With us at Maa Säw, we work closely together and jointly take responsibility for maintenance and development as well as ensuring high and consistent production with minimal downtime. You will have great opportunities to influence both planning and execution of work, and we value initiative and ideas from everyone on the team. Responsibilities As a mechanic, you will work both preventatively and problem-solving. You will, among other things: Troubleshoot and fix production stoppages Work with preventive and corrective maintenance Register and follow up work orders in Mainter Ensure that the right spare parts are available Contribute to our work on continuous improvement and orderliness & organization Be an active part of our work environment and safety efforts Who are you? We are looking for you who have relevant education and experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably from a production environment. It is important to us that you are a team player who enjoys collaboration and contributing to achieving our common goals. We believe you are curious, thorough, and responsible, as well as confident in taking your own initiative and planning your work. A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
