About Lönnvägen's Group Home We are seeking additional staff for our newly established group home in Trollbäcken in Tyresö who can work on an hourly basis as needed during the summer and beyond. About the Position The work involves providing support and services to the residents so they can live lives similar to others. This means you are responsible for providing help and support in their daily lives and creating a safe and developmental environment for those living here. It is important that you follow the residents' and the facility's daily structure, maintain contact with healthcare services, psychiatry, and dental care, administer medication, interpret needs and wishes, assist with shopping and routine household tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, participate in various leisure activities, provide support in social contacts, and maintain a positive work environment. Documentation and follow-ups are also an important part of the work.
