Where you will work Trollängen is a specialized residential facility focused on somatic care, dementia, and short-term/respite care with a total of 6 departments and 59 beds. Trollängen is located in the scenic Trollbäcken area with good bus connections from Gullmarsplan, Haninge, and Stora Sköndal. The facility is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is close to shops, a beach, and green spaces. Job Responsibilities The role involves independent responsibility for occupational therapy interventions with our residents. As an occupational therapist, you work with the whole person based on their physical and cognitive abilities. You are responsible for functional and activity assessments and develop care plans based on residents' needs, you follow up and evaluate implemented measures and activities. You work with training at both individual and group levels. You are responsible for testing and prescribing assistive devices. You supervise and delegate to care personnel. You work independently and in close collaboration with our physiotherapist. You will be part of the local management group and participate in team meetings on the departments. Who are you? Job Description We are currently seeking an occupational therapist for a permanent position with an employment level of 75% with a start date by agreement. Working hours are regular daytime.
