You are responsible for operations, maintenance and development of their server environment and support both internal teams and customers in their systems. A large part of the role involves ensuring that IT environments run stably and efficiently – from networking equipment to servers and clients. You also work with SCADA system deliveries where you configure hardware and system solutions. When the pace allows, you will also support integration work, where you help connect building automation from field level up to SCADA. Work tasks Operations, maintenance and responsibility for server environments (primarily Windows) Work in and develop OSG's operations portal Ensure backup, updates and stable operations Configure networks, firewalls, servers and clients in project deliveries Provide technical support to internal teams and customers (primarily via remote connection) Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in both IT and OT environments When needed, support SCADA integrations and communication between PLC and systems We are looking for you who Post-secondary education in IT, preferably with a focus on networking Good knowledge of Windows Server environments Basic understanding of networks Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing It is a merit if you have knowledge of: Linux Communication protocols and fieldbuses OPC UA PLC and control/regulation Programming (e.g. JavaScript, VBA or SQL) As a person, we believe you are someone with a strong technical interest and a desire to develop. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you are driven, thorough and dare to ask questions when you encounter problems. You feel comfortable both working independently and together with others, and you enjoy solving technical challenges in a varied day. Practical information: This is part of our consulting operations and you will be employed as a consultant at Professionals Nord during your first 12 months and work as a consultant at OSG. The ambition is that you will then be hired directly by OSG provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
