Content Creator with AI Responsibility at Kläppen Ski Resort
Do you love working with people in a fantastic and creative environment?
There's something special about sharing a winter with people who love the same things you do.
At Kläppen in Sälenfjällen, over 300 employees work together to create memorable days for our guests. Here, colleagues often become friends, coffee breaks turn into laughter, and an ordinary workday can include both mountain views and a few runs down the slope.
We are so proud that in 2026 we were named Ski Resort of the Year, Family Ski Resort of the Year, Snowpark of the Year, and Mountain Restaurant of the Year!
But we're most proud of what lies behind the awards – the warmth, community, and commitment that characterize our everyday life here.
Kläppen is a place for people, experiences, and ski joy. With 41 slopes and three world-class snowparks, it's a place for anyone who wants to make more of winter than just waiting for spring.
Want to spend your winter with us?
About the Position
As a Content Creator with AI responsibility, you are close to the guest, the operations, and the experience. You move around the facility, capture the moments that build Kläppen's brand, and create content that works in the right channel, for the right audience, and with the right feeling.
· Plan, produce, and publish text, film, and photos for web, social media (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok), and campaigns.
· Create material from across the facility, including the ski system, snowpark, accommodations, restaurants, events, activities, and camping.
· Follow trends and develop content formats that strengthen Kläppen's digital presence.
· Monitor content and campaigns based on results, insights, and KPIs.
· Use and develop AI-supported workflows, prompts, templates, and AI agents that make marketing work more efficient.
· Contribute to smarter workflows and new ways to use AI in marketing.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is creative, curious, and self-driven. You have experience working with film and photo production and are comfortable creating content from idea to publication. You also have practical experience using AI in your work, such as for idea development, text editing, content planning, analysis, or more efficient workflows. You enjoy being where the action is, have a feel for imagery, video, and storytelling, and can quickly turn ideas into content that fits different channels. You follow developments in social media and want to continue developing how AI can be used practically in marketing.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a good skier or snowboarder. You should feel comfortable navigating our entire ski system, including the snowpark, and be able to create material from different parts of the winter experience in a safe and independent manner.
You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should have the willingness to test, learn, and develop new ways of working with us. We believe you are hands-on, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where weather, season, and operations can quickly impact planning.
Desirable Experience
• Experience creating content for destinations, tourism, sports, outdoor, hotels, restaurants, or the experience industry.
• Experience with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or other short-form video formats.
• Knowledge of Adobe programs, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Experience with basic film, photo, and audio editing.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other analytics tools.
• Experience working with campaigns, content calendars, and publishing planning.
• Experience with paid social media or performance marketing.
• Experience interviewing guests, employees, or partners.
• Strong skier or snowboarder, comfortable moving throughout the entire ski system including the snowpark.
• Driver's license, since the role may require you to get around between different parts of the facility or to nearby locations.
What We Offer
• A creative and developmental role in a strong destination with both winter and summer seasons.
• The opportunity to work close to the experience, guests, and operations.
• A marketing team where ideas, pace, and development are important parts of everyday life.
• The chance to help shape how Kläppen uses AI in marketing, analysis, and internal workflows.
• A workplace where safety, care, personality, and professionalism are important parts of our culture.
Personal Qualities
As a person, you are thorough, responsible, and organized. You are social and find it easy to talk with guests and colleagues, and you're comfortable interviewing people and making them feel at ease in front of the camera.
You can work independently but also collaborate easily with colleagues and external partners. You are creative and driven, confident and self-assured.
It goes without saying that winter, skiing & snowboarding, and other active activities are interests of yours.
We place great importance on personal qualities and appreciate initiative, a positive outlook, and the fact that you thrive in a dynamic work environment where you, together with great colleagues, have the opportunity to contribute to Kläppen's future development.
We also strongly believe that you learn on the job and grow personally at work – there are good opportunities to develop your knowledge and personal growth.
With your application, we would like you to include a portfolio of previous work.
